4 - The CLASH! appears disconnected on AEGIS.CONNECT

1) Make sure that the following elements have been created in AEGIS.CONNECT :

a- The customer

b- The site to be protected

c- Building(s) and floor(s) (if applicable)

2) For connected objects (trap, station or control unit), first obtain their serial number (SGXXXXXX or PMXXXXXX or PCXXXXXX depending on the type of object).

3) position yourself at the chosen building or floor.

4) Start by creating the control unit: in the Edit tab, select "Object management". At the top of the screen, select the number of objects to be created and click on "Go". In the drop-down menu, select "Power station", click on "Go" and complete the required fields.
